Shipping Times
We ship merchandise in your order from our warehouse which is located in HongKong. This will inevitably lead to our shipping times that are longer than you would expect when purchasing merchandise from a local online store, so please be patient if you like shopping in our store.
Counting from the date we deliver the merchandise out of our warehouse, you will get a full refund if you don’t receive the package you order within six weeks.

Shipping Methods
For standard shipping method, we use HongKong Post Air Mail without a tracking number. Your country’s post office will send the merchandise to the address you specified.
For premium shipping method, we use DHL and USPS (United States Postal Service) or other fast express delivery with tracking number. For DHL, we deliver the merchandise to HongKong DHL, then they deliver it to you. For USPS we transport the merchandise to your country via direct flights, then deliver it to your local post office for you. The most appropriate delivery method will be used depending on the weight, shipping destination, and shipping method for your package.

Shipping costs are determined by the weight of your products, your order total and which country it is being sent to. Our warehouse is located in HongKong. For international customers, it is expensive for heavy packages. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
